  Brilliant atmosphere for Bulldogs NRL games. Grandstand is steep with great viewing but not much legroom. Lower grandstand and hill has no cover from rain, food trucks are good. Toilets better than other venues. Very close to train station, hard to get out of the ground with limited exits and big crowds. Parking is easy if you are willing to walk 10-15 minutes, traffic after games is busy. Family-friendly venue great for rugby league and football (soccer).

  I also like the fact it is built right next to train line which is something unique in Rugby League.

  I have been to Belmore sports ground twice to watch North Sydney play in the NSW Cup so I can only give a review based on that experience, the NRL atmosphere would be 10 times better I would imagine. What I like about Belmore is no matter where you sit you get a good view and you are really close to the action and the players.

  It is a rustic charm - bringing back old memories, however, it needs an upgrade (without sacrificing the nostalgia). The ground has a crowd cap well below its capacity due to certain facilities not meeting today's standards (e.g you will need an umbrella even if you are under shelter...everything leaks...). The ground is suffering from a severe case of "asset sweating" - and it's suffering as a result.....

  Great ground to watch the Doggies go round! Great atmosphere with all the passionate Bulldogs members and supporters. Easy access from the trains. Belmore is like a carnival with plenty of merchandise stalls,bars, and awesome food trucks!
